Barings, London
Thomas Franks was awarded the catering contract in September 2019 to cater for their office based in Central London.
As part of the contract, we offered a full review of their food menus with a focus on implementing healthier and clean-living options. In addition, we provided high-end hospitality externally and internally for each bespoke occasion for their clients. The team at Thomas Franks introduced a team training programme for all staff to complete so that every service was delivered to the highest standard.
Moreover, we made changes to positively impact the social and environmental aspects of the company. This included introducing small independent suppliers and start-up businesses to support the local community and reduce carbon footprint.
To action this further, a full supply chain review was carried out to adhere to the client’s sustainability initiative. In addition, our team implemented the ‘Change Please’ campaign where coffee was served to support the client’s charitable objectives.

Scale Space
Scale Space is the first workspace dedicated to scaleups. Our aim was to put food at the heart of the workspace, bringing people together to collaborate, innovate and socialise!
From casual lunchtime dining to corporate events, we provide delicious food combined with exceptional service. The trendy, London centric-style on-site café has been a huge success with dishes focusing on street food favourites such as nourish bowls and innovative salad concepts.
The newly added upstairs business lounge has provided a more corporate and formal space, allowing our chefs to show off their intricate fine dining and canape skills thanks to our craft training workshops.
Fast forward a few years and our partnership with Scale Space continues to grow, always innovating, adapting and improving upon our current offer.
